Ingredients
Lemon and lime wedges
Sweetened tea
Lemonade sweetened with honey
Vodka
Instructions
Muddle lemon and lime wedges. Add equal parts sweetened tea (they use a Thai tea that tastes like Pu Erh) and lemonade sweetened with honey. Add vodka. In Thailand, it would be made with lao khao, a clear distilled spirit made from fermented rice that’s popular among young people (who drink it out of a bucket). Serve over ice.
