Market Alley Punch
Ingredients
2 oz Thistle Finch Market Alley Gin
2 oz blueberry syrup
1 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz ginger beer
Instructions
For the syrup: Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil, then add ½ cup sugar and ¼ cup blueberries. Strain and store in an airtight container.
Shake the syrup, juice, and gin together. Strain into a tall glass with ice, and top with pickled hibiscus and a blueberry skewer. Enjoy!
