Sand Hill Kir Cocktail
Toast to the holiday season with the TABLE take on a classic French cocktail, the Kir Royale.
This cocktail, created in Burgundy, France, is made up of a simple mix of Chambord or crème de cassis and champagne. (Another, typically cheaper, variation was created in that same time frame, using white wine instead of bubbles.) We chose to go a bit more local, swapping the other berry spirits for Sand Hill Berries’ Black Currant cordial. It’s the perfect, deep berry flavor to match the energy of every celebration.
