The funky, crazy aromatic, rum-related tastes are rounded out with the earthy, dry, and bitter flavors of cold-brew maté tea; it’s a refreshingly light sipper, perfect to pull out on the unexpectedly warm October days of “second summer.”.

Ingredients
1.5oz Leblon Cachaça
1oz Cold Brew Maté Tea
.75oz Giffard Crème de Fruit de la Passion
.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
.25oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
Give all the ingredients a quick, vigorous shake with ice. Then strain and serve into a Collins glass over ice. Serve with a dehydrated lime garnish!
