UPLOADED/REDIRECTED Chia Oat Parfait
Filled with fiber and nutrients, this simply delicious breakfast appeals to palates of all ages. A bonus: sturdy jars make for easy-peasy eating in the car or on the bus.
Chia Oat Parfait Recipe
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup oat milk
1 tsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
Fresh raspberries for serving
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except berries. Sit overnight in a refrigerator until thick.
To serve, layer ½ cup chia oat mixture in a glass, 5 raspberries, ¼ cup chia oat mixture and 5 more raspberries.
