Caprese White Pizza

Named for the Italian island of Capri, Caprese is an expression of three simple but delicious ingredients: tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. We pay homage to this tradition with this Caprese White Pizza.


Ingredients:

  • Cellone's Pizza Shell

  • Beano's Classical White Pizza Sauce with Basil

  • Balsamic glaze

  • Shredded mozzarella

  • 1 Roma tomato, sliced

  • Fresh basil leaves

Directions:

  • Preheat oven according to directions on Pizza Shell packaging
    Spread Beano's Classical White Pizza Sauce on top of the shell, covering the entire shell

  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top of the sauce to taste

  • Sprinkle mozzarella over the top of the pizza, covering the shell

  • Place slices of tomato and basil leaves evenly over the pizza

  • Cook in the oven according to the packaging

  • Take out of the oven, let sit for a couple of minutes, slice, and enjoy!
