Keeping It Simple

Anyone else need something to be easy and relaxed this week? We sure do. Here’s a delicious, tangy cocktail that takes no time at all. It builds off of ROOT Crafted Cocktail Mixer’s “The Lemongrass.” This ready made mixer offers citrusy notes of lemongrass and the floral sweetness of elderflower. No muddling required…because we’re all muddled quite enough!

Start with a handful of ice in the cocktail shaker.

Add equal parts The Lemongrass and vodka, as well as the juice of one fresh lemon and an egg white.

Shake all your frustrations away with a vigorous jostling of the shaker. About 30 seconds should do it.

Pour into a coupe and garnish with a sprig of mint or a marigold petal.
