Sean Enright of SPORK shares a Chef-Mas remedy for chilly times.

WINTER IS COMING

INGREDIENTS:

•  1½  oz White Port (I use Ferreira)

•  ¾  oz Laird’s Apple Jack

•  ¼  oz Rittenhouse Rye

•  ¼  oz Orgeat (Torani works best)

•  ¼  oz Falernum (recommend Maggie’s Farm)

•  Glass: Coupe 

•  Garnish: Cherry

DIRECTIONS:

Stir in mixing glass. Strain. Garnish. Serve.
