Dan Ball of Hyeholde brings simple, bold flavors to the ginger-forward Platypus.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz Hendrick’s Gin

½ oz Domaine de Canton Ginger liqueur 

2 oz raspberry syrup

1 oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions
Shake all ingredients together, then pour into a tall glass with ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.
