The delicious minds of the chefs at Stagioni concocted a grazing feast to festoon the handsome table: tuna conserva with bread and butter pickled zucchini, Ciccioli violet mustard and hot pepper relish over crostini, smoked bluefish and espelette aioli in radicchio boats, Prosciutto and caciocavallo cheese, charred scallions with romesco, grilled eggplant with balsamic and basil, and roasted Carmen peppers.

At dusk, it was time for PerLora’s work-family to snack on sumptuous bites between big swallows of red wine. The sun set, and the room blushed in toasty candlelight. And a wonderful feeling of fun infused the small group.
